Fading flower fields

The long, warm days of summer feel a distant memory now. This week the temperature seems to have dropped dramatically; when I open my front door in the morning it feels like I’m opening it to December.

Autumn is my favourite season so I sincerely hope we have skipped it straight to winter.

In memory of the summer here’s a throwback to a lovely couple of hours spent exploring The Real Flower Confetti Company in Pershore, just before the petals were harvested.
